1) From: Michael Dhabolt
On two days rest (poor planning on my part) an absolutely stunning
pull of a new blend for me. I've never tasted so many different
chocolates at the same time.
50% Brazil Carmo de Minas -Fazenda Esperanša, 25% Ethiopia Organic
Dry-Process Koratie and 25% Sumatra Lake Tawar 19+ Extra Bold.
The Brazil taken to City + with an EOR at 435░ F, four minute stretch
from beginning of 1st. Identical roast with the Ethiopian, except 1/3
to 433░ F, 1/3 to 435░ F and 1/3 to 437░ F. Sumatra taken to 440░ =
EOR
with an extra minute stretch.

Three days rest Panama Gesha Lot 10 roasted using the Behmor's P4. Brewed in
the Aeropress, mmmmm heaven on earth. Now I'm really anxious to try the
other Geshas!

4) From: Les
I pulled shots from 8 day rested Brazil Cachoeira "Canario Bourbon"
Becky said," WOW what kind of coffee are we having this morning!" I
roasted this to a city plus as Tom instructed. I would have to say
this is the best Single Origin Espresso I have ever had. If you enjoy
espresso you need to put this one on your must try list.
