Topic: Roasting profiles for decaf (17 lines)

Fellow roasters,
I'm new to the list and have just begun using a Gene Cafe.  I'm doing
alright with regular dry process but find it difficult to notice the change
in colors along with first crack with decaf.  Consequently, my first batch
of Nicaragruan Dipilto went way past the City+ into something between Full
French and charcoal.  Any suggestions on profiles for Decaf would be
appreciated.
