Dear Dean,
Both companies you listed are authorized Rancilio parts distributors.
They sell Rancilio parts.
The part number for the Rocky burrs = 69-000-032.
You can be confident ordering from either Espresso Parts Northwest, or 1st Line.
Best regards,

I have a Rancilio Rocky Doserless Grinder. Looking for authorized burr
replacement sales companies in the US. espressoparts.com, and
1stline.net sell replacement burrs in zip;lock bags without Rancilio
documentation. Please advise.

Dean,
Thanks for sharing the response. It still bothers me that they just threw both burrs into a plastic bag and let them
bang against each other.
The cynic in me also says that just because they're authorized distributors, doesn't mean they get all of the
burrs they sell from Rancilio. I'm sure they can save a lot of money by buying aftermarket burrs and selling them as
OEM. The only thing that keeps me from asking that question is that the casting and machining on the burrs isn't
trivial and I don't think a lot of manufacturers would bother with such a small consumer base.

A CNC machine and a program. Then auto can crank out burrs. Some
countries in lands far away have CNC machines. Make burrs real cheap.

I purchased my burrs from wholelatte love and they came blister packed.
There were no markings or documentation though.
