Well, it's that time of year again, and I'm on for a HomeRoasting demo here
in town. I ordered 2# of a Columbian, but can't remember which one. I also
have a 5# bag I may take for backup. Taking along the WBP, Chemex, fan and
other accouterments. 12:30-1:30 local. We'll see how it rolls; last year
was fun.

I'll give it a try... I'm thinking West Bend Poppery. Could be either
"The Poppery" (the original) or a Poppery II.

It's an original West Bend Poppery.
It was a demo, more than a class. What I was doing was roasting as part
of parent's weekend at a local EDU. The smell of roasting coffee and
freshly brewed Chemex of Colombia Perros Bravos de Huila (3-Star). Had
some great conversations on the quality of coffee, freshness and ease of
homeroasting. I saw one family that stopped by for coffee and
conversation this morning and they asked me again what SM's site was.
I'm going to get them the info for certain.
Hopefully Tom has another customer!
