I just couldn't muster up the energy to roast this last week, so I actually
let myself run out of coffee yesterday! Which meant that I had to get up
and roast before I had coffee! I haven't done that in quite a while...
So I roasted some Colombia Huila Buenavista 4 star first. Came inside and
brewed it in the MP. Mmmmm! Nice and chocolatey.
Then some Guatemala Fraijanes Agua Tibia, then some Honduras Organic SHG
Marcala. brewed the Honduras, also great. Just finishing it up.
The Colombia, C+, the Guat C+ and the Honduras FC.
Man I love this!
hope you have a great Saturday

Bill,
Sounds like you are having a perfect Fall Saturday. What's it like
there this time of year? Are there trees where you live in Wyoming? Do
you see Fall colors when you stand with a mug of coffee in your hand
looking out the window or standing on the deck or in the yard?

Yup, it was/is a beautiful fall day. It was 50F when I started roasting a
bit after 7, the sun had just come up. The Wyoming State Capitol is 2
blocks north of me, so I can see the golden dome through the trees. And
yes, the trees are just about through, we only have about 2 more weeks of
color before they're all gone... I'm going deer hunting on Monday and am
excited to get out into the beauty of it all. Pretty soon the roasting will
get pretty cold...
there are trees in all the towns, so everyone in towns would have trees.
But yeah, otherwise the mountains have pines and the creeks have trees
growing as well. Otherwise it is grasses and sagebrush...
I love this state! Have a great day,
bill
