Already had a cup of Brazil Canario Bourbon at Full City - delightful!
Currently sipping a cup of Sumatra Orangic Mandheling at Full City+ - awesome!
Brewing is the Tanzania Blackburn at City++ - anticipation!
Then off to work ...
What's in your cup?

Drinking a cup of a Panama that I got from a local roaster. Just been too
busy lately to roast. Tonight, tho, I'll throw some beans into the heat.
So this panamanian is pretty good, actually. Nice floral flavors in the
acidity. Bit of nuttiness behind it, though, which I'm not a huge fan of...
 but overall, pretty good.
Hope y'all have a great day. What's in your cup?

I'm drinking the Ethiopia "Dale" DP, brewed with my usual French Press.
I think I screwed up the roast because it doesn't have the expected
fruity taste; in fact, it's rather boring. I'll need to roast another batch!
The Guatemala Oriente DP I've been drinking over the past few days,
though, is amazing! I thought I'd messed up the roast and let it go too
far. It got all the way to Vienna because it rolled right into second
crack from first and I didn't realize it right away. I thought, "Oh
great, I've just ruined this one!" I normally hate dark roasted coffees,
but this one is actually the best coffee I've had in a long time. Simply
awesome!!

Grind, dose, tamp extract, consume, repeat.
Had a couple of shots of Ohana this morning. I traded Paul some Ohana
for some Moka Kadir blend roasted by SM on Oct21; I think that'll be
the next shot. In fact, yes, it will. Time to hit "send" and load the
grinder :)

I am drinking an awesome cup of "chocolate malt" infused Uganda Bugisu
this morning. Since Tom can't seem to get any good stuff, I took the
rist and was able to get some through a "Crop to Cup" program that
brings it directly from the farm. I sure wish Tom would carry this
stuff. It continues to be my favorite regular coffee. The wash
Sidamos from Ethiopia and the Rwanda coffees remind me of this one,
but it has a balance that can't be beat in my opinion.

Harar Horse roasted last Friday. I also took apart my Rocky last night and =
gave it a thorough scrubbing. I've been neglecting it for a while and it's =
amazing how much gunk can build up in there. I definitely noticed a cleaner=
cup this morning just from a good cleaning.

I'm drinking Guatemala Finca Aqua Tibia from the TV. This morning, on 4
days rest, I'm tasting a lot of warm nuttiness - hazelnut, I think, though
that may just be me with hazelnut on the brain since they've been showing up
in the farmer's market lately. It's that time of year.
Best,
Kris McN
