Topic: El Salvador Cup of Excellence -Finca Malacara (14 lines)

Any tips on roasting the El Salvador Cup of Excellence -Finca Malacara,
particularly in the GeneCafe?  I gave it a whirl, but was underwhelmed.
Very grassy, kinda puckery.  I did a steady ramp to 470 as my top temp, and
backed it off to 455 after first crack, probably hit a C+, maybe FC.  I
didn't get nearly the flavors that Tom listed in the review.   I think next
roast I'll ramp it straight to 482, and maybe take it darker.  Roasting
hints welcome.
