AWESOME !! Ed Thank you very much for the great tradition (and the bags.
I'm looking now for a good place to get bags anybody have any good sources
I dont think Tom would mind me asking the list, if so sorry and never
mind. The cheapest for the 1/2 pound foil/valve that i can find is .34 ea
for 1000, going with that unless something comes up better. I give away
all the coffee and most people are helping by bringing them back for a
refill :), but .75 every 1/2 lb adds up I have 25lbs of IMV to roast for
Christmas, the Behmor and my new used Hottop are going to a good work out
next week. Thank you again ED. HAPPY ROASTING!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS
Regards Ray Tolar

5) From: Lynne
Well, I had the worst possibly pre-holiday week, with a very painful,
infected tooth.
I wasn't at my computer much (now *that's* pain - if it keeps me from the
internet, lol!)
Fortunately, the antibiotic worked, I was able to postpone the extraction
(who wants
*that* right before the holidays?!), and I'm trying to get caught up a
little before I start
baking.
Ed, I don't know if you got my pm, - but I want to thank Santa's Elves (hehe
- that's
what it says on the return address...) for the gift of the roasted coffee
and bags! What
a terrific surprise - I was so, so sick this past week - I started drinking
the coffee right
away - I had none left when it arrived, and I honestly couldn't handle
roasting at that
point. Delish! You can't imagine how much I appreciated this gift. I wasn't
even a winner,
and yet - I was!
I began my holiday gift-roasting yesterday (first day to feel better), and I
think it was
successful despite dropping it ALL on the floor... lol. My daughter was
here, and
unbeknownst to her, this batch was for her and her boyfriend (darker roast
previously
requested). Ha - if it's mixed with dog fur, she'll know - hey, it's
difficult enough to do
just about anything while not feeling the best... She helped me bake
yesterday, and I'll
spend today baking again.
And - I will be posting a tradition of my own very soon.
Lynne
