It's here!!!! Plus 8 different coffees I haven't tried yet. I'll have to
wait until tomorrow as I spent 12 hrs in front of my computer working today
and too tired to think. I'm in geek heaven again. I have my in-laws new
phones I bought 'em to program (the same ones I bought 6 months ago with
talking caller ID) and a new roaster. Love those user manuals!
I will report. We'll see if I can be converted into a data collector rather
Zen roaster.
Take care,
Ann

Congratulations! I'm sure you're going to enjoy it.
Now, you know.... You can't use any of the coffee right away. It has to
rest, say..., for three days or so.
heh heh

As an owner of a Behmor and Hottop B, I'd like to advise you to focus
on what the Behmor *can* do rather than it's limitations. Hottop is
much easier to use with consistency, but Behmor will deliver very good
roasts with a bit of thought and determination.
Out to use my Behmor right now as a matter of fact, then another batch
in the Hottop while Behmor cools.

Search coffeegeek.com for behmor threads, some very useful info there.

Ann,
I'll be interested in your reports on the roaster, of course, but also
it seems that you said you have never got a sampler pack before, so
I'll be interested in hearing what you think about some of the coffees
that you may not have ordered in your usual way.
