This bean is a great cup of thick bodied fruited coffee. It's definitely not
a "clean" cup profile, but rustic, pungent, with dried stone fruit accents.
It cups out a lot like the Don Pepe Panama DP and the Guat. Oriente DP,
though with less fruited notes. If you like either of those two, this will
tickle you fancy too.
I roasted it to FC in IR2 and rested a full day. The fruitiness erupts at
every stage, even when roasting. You can either smell or taste it at every
stage of preparation or consumption.
Also, I've been drinking the new 08 crop of IMV DP, and she's a winner too.
I was amazed that during the roasting, it smelled sweet and perfumed. The
reports of less blueberry and more strawberry ring true.

I'm enjoying a batch of the IMV very much. Definitely getting a lot of the
strawberry flavors. I roasted to city +. Next batch I'm going to add about
30 seconds for full city. I think I'm going to like it even more.
