Topic: Bourbon(s) for Breakfast (27 lines)

Noticed as I was picking coffee to roast yesterday that I have 3 
Bourbons--decided to roast a batch of each
Brazil Daterra Farms Yellow Bourbon from Feb08
Rwanda Gkongoro Nyarusiza Bourbon from Feb08
Guatemala Finca La Florencia Bourbon from Apr08
Roasted all to about a FC  more or less.  (Still using a Rosto, finally 
split wired and running heat off a Variac, thermocouple installed in the 
bottom of the bowl).
Batch size of 144 gm (5 oz)--turns into 2 @ 60 gm +/- (bit over 
2oz)--makes a pot.
Started this AM with the Rwanda--I plan on doing at least one cycle this 
morning, and am thinking about doing a side-by-side cupping, but that 
might wait until tomorrow.
Starting out to be a pretty nice morning.
