Finished a roast of a pound of Greenline, or should I say didn't
finish--I got distracted and the Behmor began to cool before I could
max out the time at the end. Removed the cooled drum, opened it to
taste if it was sufficiently roasted (it wasn't), and snapped the bail
on the small mesh drum closed again, only to have said bail snap off.
The metal appears to have fractured, as the bail on my regular drum is
fully inside the closed (welded) loop of metal attached to the drum.
Transferred the batch to that drum (the teenies have all fallen
through anyway) and hoping the second stage works out. At least I got
a half-pound of Cameroon Java done earlier.

*Basic Coffee roasting Rule:
*
   - Attend only to the roast- Heating and Cooling.
   - If you can't finish, don't start- saves beans from oblivion. Roast
   again another day...

Basic Flying Rule:
*
   - * *Always fly in the middle of the air. Do not go near the edges of
   it.
   - The edges of the air can be identified by the appearance of ground,
buildings, sea, trees and interstellar space. Flying at the edges is a
   challenge.
