Topic: Stones in the Beans (19 lines)

How Odd and curious:  Ive been roasting and grinding  w SM beans for 6 - 7
years.  never found a stone nor did I really look for them.
what Ive always done is pour the hot and cooling beans into a small metal
"lasagna" pan I got at IKEA:  about 10" x 8", I put it in the freezer a
little before I start my roast and then shake the beans around in it for the
final cooking.
Bingo:  one pea sized granite cooler stone.
How about That for timing!
