Just roasted this one for the first time today and was quite surprised
by it. It took heat quite slowly and cracked way early. 385 and 428,
which is a good ten degrees lower than most things in my setup
(hottop). I usually run full heat and a little fan till around 350 in
the bean mass, then drop to half heat as things approach first, but
that nearly stalled things here and I had to ramp the heat back up.
Then second started at 428 and I couldn't believe my ears. Dropped it
eight there and it looks good.
Surprising but it worked out. Anyone else have similar experiences
with this one?
