I understand Subtracting Time Before The Start Of The Roast To Get To The First crack Quicker And Have Found That Helpful. But Why Do Most Add That Time Back As Soon As You Hit Start? I'll Add Back Maybe 3 To 4 Min And Then Add As Needed At the End. For Example I'm Doing 5 Oz On P5 d 1 pound Setting, Took The Time Down To 9 Min, Once It Started Added Back So Total Time Was Around 15 min Versus The Orig 23 min. Am i missing something With How This All Works?

does it mean when capitalize every word?

true true. i was curious for a comparison so i did a little research.
i find ee cummings easier to read than iSHOUTS, the original post, and  
ira's reply. well, easier to interpret the letters not necessarily what is  
being said. to me, cummings is not the brightest spot in the poetry world.
