Greetings, fellow homeroasters!
Here's an odd one for the collective wisdom: I ride on railroads using a s=
mall maintenance car called a railroad speeder (a motorized successor sever=
al generations removed from the old handcars of yore).
While travelling, I use a Spin Espress machine and Zass to make my single m=
orning cup, but sometimes I like coffee during our excursions. Most coffee=
available is not to my liking, but I can tolerate Non-Fat Lattes, which I =
purchase and have put in a pre-heated thermos for my rides. If I haven't c=
onsumed the two 16 oz non-fat Lattes over the course of an excursion, when =
back home, I dump the thermos and am sometimes surprised to find a clump of=
Our speeders are tossed around a bit by the rails and I'm wondering if the =
churning is doing this. Any ideas?
Happy Roasting and, Happy Motoring to me (off to a beautiful run on the Ama=
dor Foothill Railroad in the hills above the Sacramento Valley this weekend=
, with a thermos of non-fat Lattes).
