Ibis switch, sorta coffee related.
After deciding to switch back to brewing my coffee using the pourover method I bought a Bodum Ibis. The Ibis is only 5 months, old and the switch has just gone out. I haven't yet contacted Bodum to learn how to get service under their warranty (hopefully tomorrow). My question is if this a common occurrence, or if the switches usually last longer. I'm using this for one person in the home, so the usage isn't exceptionally heavy.
I do like the unit and miss it after only three days without.
Ken.
