Topic: A great coffee (5 msgs / 106 lines)
1) From: Jim Gundlach
When I ordered the Behmor 1600 roaster, it came with six coffees and
since my scales are gone, I am roasting a full pound batch that came
with the roaster each time I roast. Three days ago I roasted the
pound of Bolivia FTO SHG EP Caranavi. This morning I drank the first
cup of it. When I tasted mine, my wife had expressed no hurry for
getting her coffee this morning but after my first taste I was so
impressed what I just tasted that I went ahead and brewed her cup. I
asked her about the coffee and she said it was the best she had had in
over a year. I then went online and ordered ten pounds of it and a
set of scales so I can roast parts of a pound in the future. A ten
pound order of a single coffee in now my largest order for a single
coffee for me. I think this is one of the best buys for a great
coffee and since I care about how this list has responded to my near
death, I decided to share what I think is a tip on the best reasonable
coffee in a long time.

What's it taste like pecan jim. Are you generally a fan of south americans/centrals? What makes this one stand out for you?

Go look at Tom's description of the flavor. I find it fits and right
now writing is very hard for me.

Jim,
Did you take it to C+ like Tom recommends?
