Jim and others, at least here in Calif, but perhaps not in your towns, it is
an absolute requirement that coffee, like any other food being sold, be
prepared in a Health Dept certified and inspected facility. I cannot roast
coffee or bake cookies in my home kitchen and then sell ANY of them to anyone.
Here, homes cannot be approved for food production regardless of the quantity.
I can, of course, make food for gifts. Just no money exchanged.
