Topic: Brand New BEHMOR (4 msgs / 76 lines)
1) From: Paul
I just received a new BEHMOR today I ordered from SM. Tried to run the break in cycle 3 times, but got an ERROR 5 message each time with 4:10 left. I emailed and called Behmor tech support, but haven't heard back yet. The heating elements stayed on the whole time, never cycling on and off. Anyone else ever had this problem?

Sounds broken. Email and phone call to Behmor support and SM customer service.

As others have said, contact tech support which you did. Mostly
likely the small electronics cooling fan has either become unplugged
or is bad. Considering it is new, and I know they test each one
coming off the line, a loose connection would not surprise me.
It is easy to trouble shoot and I suspect they will have you up and
going in no time.
