I picked up a Vietnamese Coffee Filter (like http://tinyurl.com/ltylay*)from the local 99 Ranch Market near work and have found that the Starbucks
French Roast coffee works pretty well with this.
I guess the over-roasted, and over-extracted flavor is a good substitute for
Vietnamese coffee with or without chicory. I keep a can of condensed milk
with a plastic lid designed to reseal pet food containers in the fridge
handy for an afternoon cup.
I'm wondering if there are any other good uses for office coffee? At least
I don't have to pay for this coffee.
I've also thought about collecting the grounds at work for the worms or
garden, but have always thought that this would be too messy to deal with.
All my home grounds go back into the ground in my yard.
