I am going to roast some IMV for a friend that mainly makes drip.
Anyone have a profile they are fond of?
thanks

Mark,
I use P1 1# with 8 oz. of greens and push cool when I get the 1st crack
started, coasts to a nice C+, which brings out the crazy fruit bomb
flavors. Give it a try and don't forget to give it a decent rest to allow
the fruit flavors to fully develop.
Cheers,
John in Nor Cal

I like p5, 1# setting with 8 oz of greens. I set the time before hitting
start down to 2:00, hit start, hit "+" to bring it back up to 20:00. Then,
listen for 1st to start, wait 30-60 seconds (depends on how dark you like
it) and hit cool. I find using P5 in this way gives me more separation
between 1st crack and 2nd. I use this profile for most of the fruity
Ethiopian coffees and I've been very happy with the results.
