No doubt I am encountering this string late in the day, but whence cometh
the idea that torrefacto is roasted with *honey?  *I had always thought that
torrefacto was a caramelized bean, made with ordinary sugar.   For me, a
satisfactory version can be made by sweetening your cafe con leche with
Mexican *dulce de leche.  *Krogers carries it in my neighborhood.
