Topic: weird roasting experience (13 lines)

I roasted a batch of these in the IR2 and, indeed, they were all over
the map. This is, apparently, typical of dry process Ethiopian. The
green/tan beans are immature cherries that are not quite ripe. However,
I ground up essentially all of the beans and it cups nicely with loads
of blueberry at C+. Don't get too excited about the appearance. See
Tom's cupping and roasting notes on these SOs.
