As quiet as the Super Jolly is, and yeah it's definitely quiet compared to
smaller less powerful grinders like Rocky or even smaller and noisier
grinders, may seem bizarre the Major hums along even quieter than the SJ! At
least it seems so, haven't brought my db meter into the shop to actually
confirm. Another factor could also be that <4sec grinding time for a double
with Major is half the time and hence half the noice "duration" as with SJ
~8sec...

That's interesting, miKe. I had the impression, obviously mistaken,
that the Super Jolly and the Major were roughly equivalent, so I'm
