Dear Mr. Chester,
(remember, all home GS3 owners and above should have proper salutations:-)
You really need to use the inside diameter in conjunction with the outside
diameter to determine the burrs teeth equivalent surface and "bite quotient"
and factor that into your calculations. Here they be: Major 49mm SJ 37mm.
(I could do the math, but don't want to spoil your fun:-)

Since according to Google Maps it's 636 miles from 1304 Main St Vancouver,
WA to 1115 21st St Oakland, CA and since there are 1609.344 meters per mile
and since according to Mr. Chester's calculations the Major's outer burr
travels 6.949 meters per second it would take
147293.53633616347675924593466686 seconds; or 1 day, 16 hours, 54 minutes,
53.5 seconds traveling non-stop.
BUT, that would be one LONG extension cord. So assuming instead you'd use a
battery, AC inverter, and Solar Panel battery charger it gets a bit more
complicated to calculate the actual travel time. You'd need to know the
total weight, the battery's capacity, solar panels sunny daylight charge
rate versus cloudy charge rate and sunny daylight hours available versus
cloudy. Of course couldn't travel during the night. Unless of course getting
Scotty to loan you an alternative power source like a delithium crystal
battery pack...

The inside edge of the burrs is 1.32X larger on the major allowing 32%
more beans to be fed into the burrs while the surface area is 1.65X
or 65% greater, for a total performance gain of 97%

It would also depend on how often the driver stopped to grind beans,
boil water, brew coffee, and clean up so as to be ready for the next
grinding / brewing stop.
Also a factor would be whether the driver could always make the bathroom
stops coincide with the coffee brewing stops so as to minimize the
number of stops.
Most members of this list could probably do without food and sleep for
slightly less than 2 days if AND ONLY if they brought along a good
supply of recently roasted SM coffee beans and the equipment for
creating freshly brewed coffee.
I'll let someone else do the math of adding in these critical and
necessary parts of the trip.
