While wandering around NE Arkansas on vacation, we stopped in a small
coffee shop in Eureka Springs at Eureka Daily Roast..
The owner was very familiar with Sweet Maria's and roasted on site
with an electric roaster - made in Turkey. She commented that the
instructions were also in Turkish.
Anyway, we had a pleasant cup of Kenya/Guatemala and pleasant
conversation about the value of good beans, freshly roasted and
properly brewed.
Other than the home roasted stuff I brewed every AM in our hotel
rooms, that was the best cup we coffee we had on the trip.

It's great to hear reports of good Indy shop experiences. Unfortunately
there are far to many that are clueless.
