As you probably know, Allon, Ray has long been a proponent of freezing
beans (or "flash freezing", as he calls it) before grinding. He feels
it produces a more consistent grind.
Maybe he will pipe up here before too long...

It's with that in mind, yes, but I suspect LN2 freezing will yield a better result :D
Heck, I wouldn't worry about my beans heating when I grind them - I'd worry about the grinder cooling too much...
(I've frozen quite a number of food items with LN2....marshmallows are probably the most fun :)
