HAHA i avoided the question!! ;) I fidgeted back and forth and said, "uhhhhh it's alright." I was afraid he'd ask me to elaborate so i quickly complimented them on their decor. lol
These guys have a charbucks background BUT are making a valiant effort at making good drinks. One of them told me he didn't know that there were such things as semi-automatic machines. He thought all machines only required the push of the button. SOO the good news is that he's eager to try and perfect his skills. My honest review of the cup: I like my cappuccinos to have a more velvety milk texture. This cup had large burnt bubbles on the top. And i know there is a proper milk to espresso ratio but i don't know what exactly it is, i do know that this cup had too much milk to espresso ratio. So my honest review would have been, better than some, but more work needs to be done on the recipe. ;) They had several customer behind me as he was asking so i didn't want to take up their time or offend. I'm a coffee snob, but a tactful one. haha Thanks for asking my "chef-like" opinion! Oh lord, there goes my ego!
