Thanks for the link. "Coffee that doesn't taste like coffee."
Remind me never to try it.

I thought the "starbucks roast" took care of that already. Go buy a rockstar if you just want the caffeine, oh and 50,000x your daily b-vitamins.
Green coffee extract = pure caffeine, right??? I hear they will be selling the extract in powdered form as well and packaging them in their Via pouches only to be consumed with a rolled up dollar bill.

This is all so much BS. Starbucks is grabbing for their life. They will be
around for a long time but this ploy
of merchandising is simply so dumb!!!
I would rather drink swill from a local yokel motel then Starbucks simply
because it tastes like
burnt wood sticks!!
again I say hit your local 7/11 if you cannot find a brew.
coffee is an art, thanks Chris!

You like that huh? I saw that and thought to myself "What kind of marketing dork would attach that to ANY product associated with a company which makes its livelihood on COFFEE?" (Granted, I don't recall if the article actually said that it was Starbucks which coined the slogan but the thought did cross my mind).

That's because Starbucks stopped being interested in coffee, and became only
interested in increasing shareholder value.
