Topic: Brewing temperature (2 msgs / 33 lines)

I'll try again.  Under a subject heading Tom understandably disliked
and changed, fourteen posts have discussed single-cup brewers, and
nobody rpt  nobody has commented on what's lost if one brews coffee at
three degrees lower temperature than the lowest temp homeroasters have
preferred.  I am still curious about what the better beaks think about
that.

Unfortunately It could also be that there are only a few of us who it really
matters to. I'm all ears if someone has some definitive information on it
though.
