Three year vacuum sealed and deep frozen greens very well may have been in
very good condition. Vac freezing greens has been proven to greatly extent
their life. How long I don't know but have roasted 2 year vac frozen
Emeralda with excellent results. I haven't personally kept any greens frozen
three years but will shortly be roasting 15lb of Ethiopia Haile Salasse
currently vac frozen for a "best of 2010" show case with Ethiopia Jimma. I
WISH I had some IMV 07 greens frozen for 3 way comparison!

Ivan your beans might have been too old to roast well in any
