Does anybody know what this roaster is?
It might be a on-off prototype or something. With the motor hanging off the
back it couldn't be a production unit could it. Looks interesting.http://www.youtube.com/watch?vQF8w6fDno&feature=mfu_in_order&listIvan

My guess is it's a one-off built by a skilled enthusiast. Nice fit & finish.
The motor hangs off the back of mine just the same. But this video has given
me an idea...
Thanks for posting it!

I use a similar speed control motor on my homebuilt except with the
gearhead added to keep the torque up. They are often used on
commercial conveyor systems. Nice durable motors. So many nice
homebuilts out there.

I don't think a skilled enthusiast would put a label/plate on the
top. My guess is some professional sample roaster of some ilk.

I wondered the same thing but there seems to be nothing on the tag. In
another video by the same person with a fluidbed is a similar drum
roaster in the build stage.http://www.youtube.com/user/mozart7201#p/u/2/l6R7aIdYpF8On Sun, Jan 9, 2011 at 10:13 AM, John Nanci wro=

Ivan - send the author of the video an email & ask. I once did that when I
was researching
info on a blues singer (now deceased) who was a relative of a friend of
mine. The guy sent
me a copy of a letter she wrote. Very cool.

I think the label/plate may be an access port.
