Honduras Santa Barbera Smallholders. Sweet, mild, nutty (coconut and macada=
mia) with a touch of milk chocolate. A little fruitiness that I can't ident=
ify -- maybe strawberry. Popper roasted on 8/19;  2:08 past beginning of =
1st crack; total roast time 11:29. Brewed a single cup in Melitta, and now =
ready for another; then off to Saturday market for fresh corn.

First cup of the morning Panama Esmeralda Boquete Geisha short Americano.
Complex sweet cup of jasmine, vanilla, honey, honeysuckle with bergamot

Andy,
How are you stretching your air popper roasts out to 11+ minutes?
modification of popper?
tiny roast batches?
mile-long extension cord?
I can rarely get my roasts out past 8 minutes, unless it is really gold out
in the garage.

Kirk,
It's a modified West Bend Poppery; wired so the fan is always on and the sw=
itch operates the heater. It is not ideal, in that I can't control the amou=
nt of current to the heater -- it's either on or off -- but I can stretch t=
he roast as much as I want. It's a simple mod on the old-school Poppery bec=
ause the fan and heater both run off 110VAC. That is not the case with all =
air poppers, so check it out before you try it or you might burn out a moto=
r.
