Yeah, I get it, the lot is so small and more get a chance to try it.
But now I rarely buy 1or 2 lb limit (especially the 1lb limit) lots.
Mostly because it means 1 batch, as my roaster doesn't handle a
225gram batch very well. So if I roast it and think a small tweak
would improve it or want to try a brew and a espresso batch I can't.
