Three a.m. I'm up.
The TV spews only junk.
Think it's the coffee?

No. With no coffee,
the TV still spews junk
while you are sleeping.

Actually, a nocturnal criminal defense attorney. Only time I was mistaken for a chemist was when I was setting up my vacuum-syphon pot -- (jokingly) accused of free-basing.

There once was an insomniac home-roaster,
who collected hot air and drum roasters;
after a few chaff fires
and dark roast desires
he became an insatiable boaster
OK. It's not a haiku. Still worthy of entertainment, no?

Good one Jeff! I can boast of both hot air and drum roasters--a modded =
i-roast that still gets occasional use and an RK drum in a very powerful =
three burner.
Finishing the last of 5# of Ethiopian Worka Sakaro this week--an amazing =
fruit bomb reminiscent of the old Lot 30 and Misty Valley. Can't believe it =
is still in the rotation. Today ordered two of the newer Ethiopians on offe=
r =
and a Kenyan--I admit to my not so finely honed palate but do know what I =
like!
Hope you east-coasters are OK--

Great pics, Dennis! I used to love it when I lived a block from the ocean -
got lots of up-close photos. I live near the Charles River now, and while
it's very pretty, it just isn't the same for me. Think I have salt water in
my blood... :D
We rode out the storm here in the Boston area & didn't have any problems
(not personally, at least - except when I stupidly went out to rescue our
barrels & thought I was going to turn into Peter Pan!!). My heart goes out
to all in NYC and NJ...

Thx Lynne,
Good News is that I'm hearing from all my friends in the north east
and all are ok, even if they are cold and with out power at least they
survived the storm...
