Thanks for the interesting link, Brian. To my chagrin, I didn't score
too well...mostly on the history questions.

I missed two. I didn't know macchiato contents, and I didn't know what a
coffee plant looks like.

Hey, I did pretty well! Got 8/10...got a couple of the history questions
wrong. Thanks for sending the link - it's interesting!

Yeah, I missed the two history questions (the ones about who introduced it where). You'd be surprised how many baristi wouldn't know a proper macchiato from a meatloaf.

Eh, 10/10 :-) (but I'd better since turned professional 6 1/2 years ago AND
actually consider myself a "Coffee Professional" not just in a name!)

10/10. Although #6 was a lucky guess.

A perfect 10/10 for me, but mostly because I guessed correctly on #6 and
there's PopChart Labs coffee poster hanging above my espresso machine which
tells me exactly what's in a macchiato. And I suppose because I've read a
bit of coffee history too (Mostly in Alfred's library - anyone still around
who knows wher that ended up?).http://popchartlab.com/collections/prints/products/the-compendious-coffee-chartDemian

My son gave me the chart for my birthday this year, it's hanging
right behind me. Fascinating to be sure.
As far as the library, Mike or Les or Oaxaca Charlie or
AlChemist John might know, my saved emails don't include it.
