Don't fall for the home roasting coffee hype. So what if it costs less than pre-roasted. So what if you have almost unlimited choices of coffee greens. So what if you can roast just exactly how you want it, not just they way whoever sells it wants to roast it. So what if roasting coffee smells great (IMO.) So what if there's satisfaction in "doing it yourself." So what if it's about the best tasting brew there is. If you do stumble into this insidious trap beware! No matter how busy your life gets, you'll be FORCED to take time out to roast your coffee! Ah oh, gotta go. Time to dump the just finished cooling batch of Uganda Budadiri and throw in some Bali Shinzan to roast... I'll do my "job" electronic paperwork later.
