Well I'll only share the blame Mike.  I'll have to put part of the blame on
Chris.  He made a couple of posts about the Super-automatics in Holland and
the incredible Cafe Crema they produced.  So I went hunting for the formula
and found HV in Holland who gave me the scoop.  So when my Solis Master 5000
arrived the Cafe Crema was one of the first things I attempted after
straight shots. WOW!  Of course I don't work as hard as you do - I dial in 5
ounces and push the button - out comes a PERFECT Cafe Crema every time!  I
actually owned the Solis for over three weeks before I used the steam wand
to make froth for Cafe Mochas.

Thanks! :-))  guilty as charged.
Now, if I can just figure out how to get the Boss to buy us a nice superauto for the office.  The Bunn works nice, but I sure like those cafe cremas better.  And, no worry about the coffee going stale from sitting.
