Made Debi an after dinner Uganda Budadiri double Americano (10 beverage from
5oz double what I call Cafe' Crema) Only had 7gr UB left. What to do. A
single just isn't enough! Looked over my current roasts and added Greenwell
Private Reserve Kona for 15gr and pulled myself an Uganda-Kona Americano!
Drinking it as I type... delightful.
BTW, I highly suspect my Cafe' Crema Americano 10oz'r would be very much
like a true Cafe' Suisse, or two Solis 5oz'r Cafe' put together. Just wish
someone in Southern Washington/Northern Oregon had a Solis 5000 so I could
compare what I'm making with Miss Silvia! Anyone within a 2 hour or so drive
of Vancouver WA - Portland OR willing. I'll bring over Miss Silvia, Maestro
and a variety of beans! (KL anyone...! 1/4# left to roast...)
