I don't know who that roaster is, but a women who
said she had worked for "Charbucks" in Vancouver told
me that they often reroasted beans. I thought that
sounded pretty far fetched, but when my wife's first
attemt at roasting came out too light for SHB I
remembered the double roasting rumor and found that
after a short time at about 475 degrees a rapid second
crack happened .I cooled them quickly and found that
all the oil had come to the surface and it looked
quite "fancy", tasted like "Bigbucks", felt harsh in
Charlie "crank up the cumbia!" Herlihy
