Topic: 'Beans menu' for Solis Master 5000 / Miss Silvia 'play' Saturday. (41 lines)

Greetings HomeRoasters. I'll be sending no more SM5k evals 'till after this
weekend. (Me thinks more than enough premature utterances already...)
First a recap. This Saturday 2pm 'till ? is an open invitation to all
HomeRoasters (and some side invitees bcc'd) to check out the Solis Master
5000 Super Automatic Brewing System in person. Also the Rancilio 'Miss'
Silvia pump espresso machine / Solis Maestro grinder combo. BBQ munch to
follow.
This evening I've roasted 2/3# greens each of Australian '02, Galapagos
Island '01, Columbian Narino del Abuelo '02, Uganda Budadiri '02 and Kona
Greenwell Estate Private Reserve '01. 1/2# plus roasted batches for an
almost full SM5k hopper each. I'll try to get some more variety roasted
tomorrow. At the minimum another Kona and Timor Aifu. Maybe some Bali
Shinzan or ? who knows. Sorry no St. Helena!
(If someone really really asked nicely I still haven't disposed of the VR
greens... big grin)
Plus, any of you homeroasters coming are more than welcome to bring some of
your roast! I'd suggest a minimum roasted of 1/4# for SM5k run testing. If
just for Miss Silvia any amount in 14-16gr increments.
As I may or may not have previously mentioned I changed the bbq menu. It'll
be Hawaiian style smoked kalua turkey (as served at some Luaus. Kalua Pig is
at all Luaus, wouldn't fit on the Traeger!). Sorry, no babybacks this
time...
See you then,
MM;-)
