Topic: Honduran in espresso (2 msgs / 35 lines)
1) From: Paul Jolly
I've roasted three batches of the organic
Honduran, and while I thought it was pretty
ho-hum brewed in the filter drip I've been blown
away by it's spicy sweetness in espresso. Mostly
I've roasted it into second crack until the oil
begins to show & blended that 50/50 with some
darker (between Full City & Viennese) Peruvian
decaf. On 3-7 days' rest it is out of this
world.
Ah, Charlie, find a machine soon!
