Topic: Monsooned Malabars (2 msgs / 36 lines)

I recently bought some green monsooned malabar from Sweet Maria's. I've no
sense of it and was wondering what other's have done with it, particularly
roast profile and espresso blends. I have not tried it as a straight
espresso cup - I get the sense it's not cut out for it but I was hoping that
I could get some ideas from others.
Thanks so much

Monsooned Malabar is one Debi's favorites, coffee strength, roasted
FC/Vienna. Too low toned for me as a rule, but add some city/light full city
Yerg, makes an interesting what I call Monsooned Yergacheffe cup. Primary
home 'coffee' brewing method Americano, Debi brews it at work in a 4cup
auto-drip. I seem to recall mixing some with something for shots awhile back
but honestly don't recall what it was. Sorry... Been sticking to mostly
straight varietal.
Best way to try it, is to try it!
