I seem to recall that a friend of mine somehow has obtained such
information about KFC's "secret blend of 11 herbs & spices" It consists
of salt and pepper.
I'll inquire as to the source, if you'd like.

Todd Wilbur has written a bunch of these books - Top Secret
Recipes, Top Secret Restaurant Recipes, etc. Your local
public library should have half a shelf of them.
I don't remember seeing Dunkin Donuts coffee in any of
them, but, then again, I never liked their coffee.
Be well,

I meant more like coffee blend recipes.
Lavazza, Dunkin' Donuts, etc. . .

After nine years with corporate KFC (1980-89), I can readily assure you it is
a bit more than salt and pepper. Hey...truth in advertising...surprise...it
really is 11 herbs and spices, some of them fairly unique!
Back on topic...
I'm wondering how much the smells of the 'donut' environment make the coffee
taste better.

Ed Needham
