According to "https://www.tilia.com/shopping/index.htm", after selecting =
the
"To compare FoodSaver system features, please click here" link, both the =
1050
and the Professional have this featured, called "Manual Seal Button - Con=
trols
air removal."
According to the aforementioned link, the *only* differences between the =
1050
and the Professional are the "Automatic Lid Locking - Makes packaging eas=
ier"
and the "Built-in Bag Cutter & Bag Storage - Enables easy bag making"
features.

I don't know about 1050, but I have a Professional II that has 4 LEDs
that tell me vacuuming progress, another LED lighting up when the bag
is being sealed, a vacuum override button to extend vacuuming time, a
rotary switch to adjust sealing strength. I did comparison before I
bought mine, but I no longer remember...

Don't know what it is - maybe because it's automatic I don't notice.

This is a very useful feature if you use roll bags.
If you are only interested in vacuum sealing roasted coffee, I
recommend VacuVin hand pump with their canisters. Lower price and
stronger pump. (FoodSaver pump is strong enough, though.)
