Another rider/roaster here. Garage full of 2-wheel rides (Ducati 748,
Triumph Sprint ST and others) and campaign/roadrace a tz250 in AMA and WERA
National Series.
No espresso swilling (yes, shocking, I know) but I do home roast. :-)

Rick,
Yep, I'm one of THOSE! Been riding since 1965.
I have a 2002 Suzuki Volusia (805cc crusier) NEW YESTERDAY 07/23/02
....and a 1986 Suzuki Cavalcade LXE (1360cc touring machine), which is moving on
to a new home Saturday.
A few months back, somebody described ' ;) ' his "High Altitude"
roasting system, using the exhaust heat from a small jet plane. I
think some of you biker/engineer types need to come up with a system
for roasting coffee on a bike. (I once saw a biker warming his can of
chili on the header pipes!)
That would go real well with the Espresso maker from Aerostich.

Yup. '88 BMW K75S, '88 KLR-650, '94 Ninja 500 (wifey's) and 2000
Silvia/Rocky. We quite often load up the bikes on a Sunday morning, take
a thermos of some freshly vac'd coffee, blast through the Santa Cruz
mountains and sit, sip and read the newspaper on some beach by the
ocean. This 12v moka pot could add a whole new dimension to those trips!
