Just keep an eye on those bags of lighter roasted
beans and see if they get looser. I wrote that darker
roasts need less rest because that's just my
experiance, assuming it's because of degassing. Maybe
that's not why I find that the lighter the roast the
less I like it fresh from the roaster. I'm still
guessing that the bags will puff up within a week. 
And Rick,-I guess ol' Prabhakar sure told you, eh?
