Just finished 18 back to back double shots of Vienna Kona (50/50 440°f-460°f
melange) for three 1/2gal. batches of Kona Mocha. Where's a super-auto when
you need it! I'm serious when I say I don't miss a day without my chilled
white chocolate Kona mocha! 9 Sobe' bottles filled ready to go in the cooler
before we leave tomorrow... Actually I varied it, one batch I used double
dark chocolate instead of white for a change of pace. Miss Silvia did just
fine but the SM5k sure would have made it easier!
(Plus taking the Maestro, 32oz travel FP, electric kettle & 12 pint jars
filled with various 1/4# finished roasts vac'd for the 9 day trip)
