We live almost as far from Seattle as is possible in the continuous USA and
we have never been in  the Espresso Vivace in Seattle. At two locations, it
can hardly be called a "chain" and I understand that David Schomer does NOT
want to expand.
I also understand that their espresso is the best in this country, and one
of the best in the whole world.  Perhaps some people living there could tell
us -- how much does David Schomer affect the competitive situation in
Seattle? I know that he prefers the Northern Italian espresso roast, much
lighter than the Starbucks roasts.
